Beautiful Lady

This photo is of my Mum on her wedding day.
I wanted to play with idea of white on white.
I started with Stampin Up Whisper White card stock.
distressed all the edges then using a Very Vintage jumbo stampin wheel heat embossed white embossing
powder.
to create little hidden features I dry embossed white card stock using the vintage wallpaper folder.
stitched white threaded around the edges and with another layer of white card stock used scallop trim border punch to create a beautiful effect then crystal effected the edge.
the photo I used is the original photograph from the wedding so I had trouble with the integrity of the card backing the photo I over came this by using thread to secure the photo over adhesive of some kind.
And as I didn't want to stick anything to the photo so even the letters are placed on a strip of window sheet.

there is about 35 little leaf branches cut out of white card stock using the little leaves die,  lol crazy I know but I used them to adorn the edges.

I made canvas flowers using the Big z large die Fun Flowers they are painted with gesso priming  paint to add texture and stiffness and used Antique brads as their centres.
I made the butterfly s  with canvas using Beautiful Wings Embosslits.
it doesn't show up in this photo but I add dazzling details to the tops of the butterfly s and the scrolls on either side of the flowers are wooden die cuts paint white then clear glass beads glued on top.
most of the products used in this layout are found in the Stampin' Up catalogue.
I've linked this layout to Make It Monday
Have a scrappy day.
