Can't you tell, we're family?
Does this lay out look familiar? I was pressed for time to complete this one.
Focussing on both my son Ethan's shirt (light and dark blue) and
his cousin Aidan's shirt (green and gray) I chose the colours to blend this whole project together.
Because I was pressed for time to complete this project I chose a layout that I had design for another project a few months earlier (see my earlier post Hello Son).
I changed it up a little by using different stamp sets, yet sticking to the same colour scheme
which still suited this photo as well, its not too often that you can get away with that
in the world of scrapping.
I used Pool Party card stock to back the photo stamped with Smoky Slate ink
using Background Builders stamp set.
Then I used Gorgeous Grunge and Off The Grid stamp sets stamped with Smoky Slate ink on to the Epic Day This and That DSP.
I used the same gorgeous ribbon accents that I used in the lay out Hello Son using the same accumulation of washi tape (from the Holiday Mini), Natural Trim, Smoky Slate Chevron ribbon and Pool Party Seam Binding Ribbon.
I completed this project in two hours, which is a Epic feat on my part.
till next time.
